COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMOX) – Mizzou basketball recruiting making waves today.
The school has just announced the signing of Jeremiah Tilmon, a 6’10” 235 lb. forward/center from East St. Louis.
Tilmon is a four-star recruit, and one of the top 40 players in the country, according to most scouting services.
As a senior for the East St. Louis Flyers, Tilmon averaged 15.3 points, 11.0 rebounds and 4.0 blocks per game.
Timon was previously committed to the University of Illinois until Coach John Groce was fired earlier this year.
Tilmon joins head coach Cuonzo Martin’s recruiting class of No. 1 player in the country, five-star forward Michael Porter Jr.; Blake Harris of Chapel Hill, N.C.; C.J. Roberts of North Richland Hills, Texas; and Kassius Robertson of Toronto, Ontario.
